Taqyeem is committed to protect and respect your privacy.


This Policy (together with our Website Terms and Conditions, and valuation terms and conditions and auto listing terms and conditions and any other documents referred to within those terms and conditions) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.


Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and rules regarding online conduct and privacy, as well as content. Specifically, but not as a limitation, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding transmission of technical and personal data exported from the United Arab Emirates or the country in which you reside.



1. Information we may collect from you.


We may collect and process the following data about you:


1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website www.taqyeem.ae. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to any of our services, posting material or advertisements on our Site or requesting further services.


1.2 We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, when you report a problem with our site or when you provide us with feed back using our ‘contact us’ form


1.3 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.


1.4 We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.


1.5 Details of transactions you carry out through our Site and for the fulfilment of your orders.

However we may provide our advertisers or affiliates with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, residents in Dubai).



5. Uses of Your Information.


We may use your information as follows:


5.1 As necessary to process any online payment transactions you may make through our site and to maintain your account. As with any credit card or other form of payment, if you process a transaction through our site, we may need to share some information (for example, your name, your contact details, wire transfer or credit card number) with the banks and other entities in the financial system that process wire transfer or credit card transactions.

5.6 If you are using a credit card issued by the merchant from whom you are making a purchase (a 'private label credit card'), that merchant will receive your entire credit card number in association with your purchase.


5.7 If Taqyeem or its subsidiaries or holding company become involved in a merger, acquisition or any form of sale of some or all of their assets.


5.8 Where you have provided us with your contact details (such as you address, email address or telephone number) we may use these to contact you with information about goods and services which were feel may be of interest to you. You can review and update your account information by logging in to your taqyeem.ae account. You can disable your taqyeem.ae account by contacting us. If you do so, your payment information and transaction history will no longer be viewable through taqyeem.ae website. If you disable your taqyeem.ae account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by Taqyeem or shared with third parties except for these purposes. We may delete these records over time if permitted or required by law.
